TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF SIR
I’m Apostle Joseph Daniel Rims, i hail from shongom Local government of Gombe state, from the north-eastern part of the country (Nigeria) i speak shongom as my tribe, i got married to my beautiful wife on the 13th of December 1997, my wife is from kogi state and God has blessed us with Three (3) beautiful girl’s. I have a very happy family by the grace of God.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I rounded up my primary school in my village and then from there i was able to go to my secondary school. I attended Government comprehensive day secondary school, kaltungo where i spent 5 ( five ) years to obtain my wassce, my waec, and there after i did IJMD, A level at bauchi college of arts and science, after a while i was able to get admission into A.B.U zaria where i ran B.sc in Accounting, A 3 year program because of my “A” level earlier obtained. I did my youth service in lokoja , kogi state.
WHEN AND HOW DID YOU RECIEVE THE CALL TO MINISTRY?
Actually i will give you a little background. I gave my life to Christ in 1984 and i became actively involved with our youth fellowship in my local church then, And by 1987, i became the president of the youth fellowship, my pastor involved me in preaching from that 87′ to the whole congregation, but then I didn’t know i was going to be called into full time ministry but the preaching began from 87′ and none stop and there after I received invitations to different fellowships and ministries to minister, my call to full time ministry came fully in 1994, in 1994, that was when God clearly told me that he is calling me into full time ministry work having preached from 87′ to that point and when he called me, of cause I had to take time to pray and find out exactly what he wants me to do and i responded in 1995 September, that i joined the ministry full time.
